A Season for Giving Thanks

Knit Maine 2018

It's always the Season for Giving Thanks and I am particularly thankful to everyone who made Knit Maine 2018 such a super success! All the Participants, the Instructors and Assistants, and our wonderful Sponsors: Harrisville Designs, Berroco, and Green Mountain Spinnery. Their generosity overwhelms me.

As the photos and surveys are rolling in it makes me so happy to see the smiling faces and read the lovely comments on our weekend at Haystack. The memories of our time together on the rocky shoreline are such a pleasure. See below for a handful of images, more will be posted on the website later this month.

Winter Blues Buster Weekend!

January 31 - February 3, 2019

in Quechee, Vermont

with Susan Mills

Quechee, Vermont has become a huge annual favorite among our knitters and always fills so quickly. Here is a great opportunity to see what all the buzz is about!

Settle in by the fireside for a cozy weekend of knitting, eating wonderful food, making new friends and day tripping through Woodstock, VT together!

Susan Mills, one of our perennially favorite instructors (and sometimes participant!) since the beginning of K&YA (ahem, 14 years ago), is on a new adventure of her own. It's called Knitting Union. Take a look at Susan's beautiful work here. And keep your eyes on Ravelry for their first collection coming out this fall!

Happy knitting! I hope to see you again in 2019!
~Lisa
